Support The President Theatre; enjoy dinner and a show and watch our talented local actors at ‘Vintage Hitchcock” on Thursday October19th at 6:15 p.m. Enjoy another great in-house production!! Directed by Lorna Meier, “Vintage Hitchcock” is made up of three of Alfred Hitchcock’s early plays, and true to his style, the audience is aware of the danger long before the actors on stage.

The Dinner and Show combination, with a local cast of actors, will be presented on Thursday, October 29th, at The President Theatre in Manchester. Look on stage for your neighbors, friends, church members and folks from around the County.
All proceeds will benefit the restoration/renovation of The President Theatre.

Join March of Dimes for their 23rd Annual Charitable Night Walk on Saturday, November 14, 2015. Benefitting March of Dimes and the Ida Cason Callaway Foundation. Gentiva Hospice and Roosevelt Place will be holding a “We Honor Veterans” special recognition of the Veteran residents on October 28, 2015 at 11:00. Unity Elementary School in Luthersville is again recruiting volunteers to read to our students on Real People Read Day. If you or a spouse, relative, church member, or friend would like to participate, please contact Erika White at 770-927-6488 or email Erika.white@mcssga.org. The event will be Friday, November 6th starting with breakfast at 8:30. Unity provides a Chick-fil-A breakfast for the volunteers and the event is usually over by 10:00. The mission of Real People Read is for students to see adults in their community taking time out of their schedule to stop and read a good book. The school is located at 172 N.
